From Cyberspace to 7th heaven
There was a strange city called Kymer in Cyberspace

(Ever been on the Argo? She takes you there....)
There was a nearly unknown metropolis called Columbus in America

(You know Cleveland? Thats near it...)
There was a nearly unknown sleepy village called Velbert in Germany

(You know Wuppertal? Doesn't matter either....)
There was a Throbbing Gristle and a Daisy Chainsaw.

(They still live in their turf in Kymer)
There was Diogi and Ringo

(They seem not very interested)
There was a Laura and a Thomas.(Left is Thomas, right is Laura...no wait...)
One day, Mr Thomas & Mr Ringo have packed their bags in Velbert and went to visit Mrs Laura & Mr Diogi. They all met in Virginia Beach.(Can you tell that we like Virginia Beach?)

From there they went to Columbus. And as they had found out, that they all liked each other, they are still there. I could bore you with a long story about it. Well, maybe one day I will do, and maybe you won't even be bored. But for now I won't start. The webpage wants to be finished.Basta.

Now they all are together.
There is not more to say
about Online romance.
It worked and crossed continents.

Mr Ringo celebrated his 16th birthday in the USA...

Ah... and the cats joined us, from left to right: Mr Hans Georg Gerlach,Mr Baby Roman & Mr Max
Laura will soon tell you a little bit of her artwork here. So be sure to come back. You already should have seen a bit of it, while you made it to this page here.Thomas will tell you something too, or he will start ranting....probably. He already started it on our get rich quick section.

Well...over four years later we are still happily together, making our way in this life of ours. We bought a little bungalow (according to Laura , hut according to Thomas) and while I dig in the garden,Thomas dwells in the basement with the books.

I do worry at times about what Thomas is thinking of this strange new life.

Now for the animal updates. We have had a few new additions since last we wrote.
Mr. Peepers
Mr. Peepers joined our family in 1999. He was only 2 weeks old. I feared this kitty would never wean off the bottle...and such an appetite he had!! He has grown up to be a very self confident and independent fellow who does not need his mum.
Diamond joined us in the fall of 2000. She belonged to a friend and I had met her in the spring and fell in love with her then. He had to move and couldn't take her. In a house of all males it is great to finally have another girl to balance things out a bit.
Diamond

Moseby
Moseby entered our life November 2000. He is a very handsome, complicated fella. I am really enjoying him and he keeps me sharp. Thomas,on the other hand, is most likely growing weary of Moseby stories ( and the time I spend at the barn).

On a sad note: August of 2000 lost our beloved Ringo . His was a long and happy life. His heart was sweet and strong and while his presence is missed, he is still a part of our lives.

Ringo

And as life goes on .....
Baby smells the roses.... We lost baby in an accident in July 2002. You were special to me like no other pet in the house and you would have deserved a better fate. I will never forget you.

Hans and Diogi preview books for the shop.....

And Max loves his Teddy ( literally).
