Overall...easy :)

You join a group (Voorrr) and prepay your rent for at least one week. 
You can pay weekly , 2 weekly, monthly, whatever you want. 
4 week payment counts as a full month, another little bonus.

You can pick the land from any land onart offers for sale (currently 500+ parcels to choose from). 
Rent at this time is collected manually, means, you click on 
my profile and pay through it.

Rules and regulations:
Unlike most renters we do not have many,just 2 little things:
1. No "home security orbs" or similar blockers on any of our land.

2. No sale or use of any push weapons, push scripts, nukes etc etc. 

2a. You behave according to Lindenlabs behavior-guidelines. This should not need to be mentioned...

What you get:
If you wish a radio that works with the groupland (most won't), 
a 200 L value. Please see special usage instructions at the 
bottom of this page.

On demand: a house or a skybox  (currently 3 models to choose from), 
see them here:(another 300-600 L value)

However these require 1 month prepayment on the rental price.

Thats about it. Now the sspcials about the radio:
The radio is and must be group owned, otherwise it will not 
work with the land. To use it, you must have the Voorrr 
group active on yourself.
You can move it around with EDIT. If you pick it up and put 
it into your inventory, it will NOT work anymore afterwards.
Userinstructions are on a notecard inside the radio.
If you loose it, the next one will not be free!

PRICING COMPARISON:
First off, obviously, you do not need to pay the purchase price for the land.

Second you save the monthly 9.95 for a premium account.

Third, even the monthly cost to maintain the land , is lower with OnArt, than it will cost you 
to maintain the land. The conversion shown here is based on a conversion rate of 1$=265 Lindens.
 This may change slightly according to the market:

Under the line this means: Even if you buy the Lindendollars to pay for your rent, you still get 
a lower price than buying and paying tier!

In addition: We only charge you for the meters you really use. So if you rent a 3124 meter 
property, we willd etermine the price for 3124 meter, not for 4096 as your tier payment to 
own would be.

There is no contract time. The rents are prepaid weekly (or monthly) -  you choose and are not 
bound to stay a day longer than your payment was valid for. If you want to move to a different
property that OnArt owns, your rent will of course be carried over and applied to the new land.
